About

plantedshala is a gathering place for seeking mindful, meditative practice in community. Through freely available live group meditation offerings, my goal is to make meditation practices more accessible to more people. Simply put, life doesn’t always set us up for success, but through the practices of meditation, we can find a little solace in the midst of the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. If you want to sit/breathe/meditate/chant/lie in practice with other like-minded souls, I want to help facilitate that!

plantedshala is rooted in the Sanskrit word 'shala,' which translates roughly to 'home' combined with 'planted'—paying homage to our oneness with the divine forces of nature. Through these heartfelt offerings of guided meditation, yoga, and Reiki, the goal is to bring some more peace and tranquility out into the world.

Bronson is a RYT-200 yoga teacher, CMT-200 meditation teacher, and Usui Reiki Master who worked as a paramedic for a decade. Through his work as a first responder and experiences in dealing with some of the stresses and trauma of the world, Bronson believes that through meditative practices we can all find solace and peace with whatever greets us on our path. He aims to facilitate this through freely accessible guided meditations and community building. Additionally, he is honored to discuss any individual requests for yoga instruction, individual meditation guidance, or Reiki healing upon request.
